1. Service Agreement

1.1 Scope of Services

CeceNova Tech provides IT support and repair services including, but not limited to:

  • Laptop and desktop repair
  • Mobile device troubleshooting (iOS & Android)
  • Software installation and diagnostics
  • Hardware repair and replacement

1.2 Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about device issues
  • Remove passwords or provide access if required for repair
  • Back up all data before service

Important: CeceNova Tech is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances.

1.3 Diagnostic Fees

  • Diagnostic fees may apply and are non-refundable
  • Fees cover time spent identifying issues, regardless of repair outcome

1.4 Repair Authorization

By submitting your device, you authorize CeceNova Tech to:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs
  • Install necessary parts or software
  • Test functionality after service

1.5 Turnaround Time

Repair times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Part availability
  • Complexity of the issue
  • Workload

We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The agreed service was not completed
  • The repair was unsuccessful due to technician error

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Diagnostic fees
  • Completed labor/services
  • Software installations
  • Successfully repaired devices

2.3 Parts & Hardware

  • Parts are non-refundable once installed
  • Defective parts may be eligible for replacement under warranty (if applicable)

2.5 Service Satisfaction

If you experience issues after a repair:

  • You must notify us within [7–14 days] of service
  • We will inspect and attempt to resolve the issue at no additional cost if related to the original repair

3. Limited Warranty

  • Repairs may include a limited warranty of [30–90 days] depending on service
  • Warranty covers only the specific repair performed
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage
    • Water/liquid damage
    • Misuse or accidental damage
    • Software issues caused after service

4. Liability Disclaimer

CeceNova Tech is not liable for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Pre-existing issues or hidden defects
  • Loss of business, income, or personal use
  • Damage caused by third-party software or hardware

5. Device Abandonment

  • Devices not picked up within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned
  • CeceNova Tech reserves the right to dispose of or resell abandoned devices

6. Payments

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service
  • Devices may not be released until payment is received in full

7. Agreement Acceptance

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy & Service Agreement.
